Speech Title: AI-Driven Information Security Technologies and Applications

Abstract: The rapid evolution of sophisticated cyber threats—ranging from polymorphic malware to targeted social engineering—has exposed the fundamental limitations of traditional, signature-based defenses. In response, artificial intelligence (AI) has emerged as a cornerstone of modern cybersecurity operations. This talk explores the core technologies powering AI-driven security, including supervised and unsupervised machine learning, deep learning for sequential telemetry, and large language models for contextual threat analysis. It further investigates key enterprise applications, focusing on automated Security Operations Center (SOC) triage, User and Entity Behavior Analytics (UEBA), and encrypted network anomaly detection. Finally, the talk addresses critical adversarial challenges, such as model evasion, data poisoning, and the growing necessity of securing AI pipelines themselves. By shifting defense paradigms.
